Withdrawal of Manuscript
Authors are not permitted to withdraw submitted or published manuscripts unless there are compelling and clearly justified reasons. Withdrawal wastes valuable scholarly resources: editors and reviewers invest substantial time in screening and peer review, and the journal also allocates work to manage the editorial and production workflow.
If an author still requests a withdrawal, the author must submit an Article Withdrawal Form signed by all authors (or signed by the corresponding author on behalf of all authors) and clearly state the reasons for the withdrawal request. Authors must not assume that a manuscript has been withdrawn until an official notification is issued by the JE3S Editorial Office.
To request the Article Withdrawal Form, please contact: je3s@unm.ac.id.
It is unethical to withdraw a manuscript from JE3S if the manuscript has been accepted by another journal or is under consideration elsewhere. JE3S follows publication ethics standards to protect the integrity of the scholarly record.
